YoungArts National Arts Competition (Music)
Application-based national award for emerging musicians ages 15-18 in categories including Classical, Jazz, Voice, Popular Voice, and Singer-Songwriter. Winners receive up to $10,000, mentorship, and eligibility for U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts.
The 2027 YoungArts application closes on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 8 PM ET.

How to Apply
- Determine eligibility by answering four questions on citizenship, grade level, age, and prior attendance
- Access the application portal via the apply URL
- Register a new account if first time applying or never received an award
- Submit application before the deadline
