NSLC International Diplomacy
NSLC's International Diplomacy program has high schoolers take on the role of UN diplomats, debating current events and practicing negotiation across a joint session split between Georgetown University and Columbia University. Students explore international relations theory alongside communication and leadership skills.

BearMUN
BearMUN is UC Berkeley's dedicated high school Model United Nations conference, run by the Berkeley Model United Nations (BMUN) student secretariat to extend their collegiate MUN program to high schoolers. The 2026 conference runs December 5-6 on the UC Berkeley campus with roughly 500 delegates across 16 committees.
Berkeley Business Academy for Youth (B-BAY)
A UC Berkeley Haas School of Business initiative offering pre-college entrepreneurship tracks for middle and high schoolers, including a residential summer program in which students research and develop a full business plan under Haas faculty, PhD candidates, and undergraduates, plus newer startup-accelerator and incubator options.
California State Summer School for the Arts (CSSSA) - Animation
CSSSA's Animation program is a distinct discipline track (separate department and faculty from the CSSSA Film program) within California's official state summer arts school. High school students explore traditional, cutout, and digital animation techniques, producing multiple animated projects over a residential summer session with guest artists, field trips to animation studios, and figure drawing training.
