Cleveland Clinic Career Exploration & Shadowing Program
Lets high schoolers age 15 and up shadow Cleveland Clinic healthcare professionals for up to 20 observational hours a year, giving them a firsthand look at different medical career paths without hands-on patient contact.
The Student Pathways Program offers a unique career exploration opportunity to 11th and 12th grade students in Northeast Ohio who have an interest in healthcare.
Participants in the program gain exposure to a wide variety of clinical and non-clinical healthcare careers.
Through direct interaction with current Cleveland Clinic caregivers, students explore the world of opportunity available to them in healthcare.
