California Coastal Cleanup Day

Annual statewide volunteer event removing trash and debris from California's beaches, lakes, and waterways. Participants contribute to environmental protection and learn about marine conservation.

How to Apply

1. On the map on the website, click on the cleanup site you want to attend and read the instructions.
2. Complete the online waiver of liability in English or Spanish.
3. Show the confirmation email to cleanup staff on the day of your cleanup or bring a signed paper waiver.
