Alameda Family Services Youth Advisory Board

A youth advisory board run through Alameda Family Services' school-based health centers, where Alameda Unified School District high school students identify and address topics such as mental health, sexual health, healthy relationships, and body image.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a yearly submission deadline of April 15th.

AFS oversees a Master’s Level internship program where trainees provide no-cost mental health support to students at one of Alameda’s 15 public school sites.
