ACE Mentor Program - San Francisco Bay Area
A free after-school mentorship program pairing Bay Area high school students (grades 9-12) with volunteer architects, engineers, and contractors. Teams work through mock building-design projects, visit real job sites and professional offices, and present their solutions at a year-end showcase.

A one-day, in-person data science challenge co-hosted by CP Mentorship, Women in Data Science Worldwide, and Silicon Valley Youth at Google's Mountain View campus. High school teams analyze real-world datasets (e.g., wildfire response data) with mentor guidance; open to all experience levels.
Fresno State Lyles College of Engineering Summer Engineering Experience Camp
A one-week, in-person summer camp hosted by Fresno State's Lyles College of Engineering that introduces students in grades 9-12 to hands-on engineering, architectural, and construction management activities, taught by faculty and industry professionals.
Girls Garage
A nonprofit design and construction school in Berkeley serving girls and gender-expansive youth ages 9-18, offering free after-school and summer instruction in carpentry, welding, architecture, and activist art/design-build projects. High schoolers (ages 14-18) can join multi-month after-school cohorts such as Advanced Design/Build and Design/Build fundamentals, culminating in real community-facing structures.
